The Public Service Commission  regulates public utilities and works to ensure that Delaware consumers are protected.

Al owners of solar  arrays that are connected to the grid must fill out an application  and become certified through the Public Service Commission to be eligible to produce and generate solar renewable energy credits (SRECs).

If you upgrade an existing system or deactivates  a system because of a change of ownership, you need to file a form with the PSC. 

Installers must file  Eligible Energy Resource application forms through the DelaFile electronic filing system.
